Beginning 05/10/2020, we will be holding socially-distanced worship services at 10am.  Per order of the Governor of Alabama, all attending families must sit at least 6' from each other.  Furthermore, our building capacity will be limited to 200 persons, which is less than 50% of our normal capacity of 570.  As soon as the COVID-19 danger has passed, our plan is to resume normal worship services as quickly as possible.  Please watch this banner, as well as our FaceBook page, for more information as it develops.  To reach us directly, please email or phone us and one of the elders or deacons will get back with you as quickly as possible (contact information is below).

lighthouseYou are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16)

We are actively involved with a number of outreach ministries, both international and local. Our goal is to spread the Gospel and the love of Jesus Christ to others, so that they may become his disciples as well. In addition, the skills and abilities associated with the ministry of discipleship is actively taught to young and old alike, so that they can become better teachers.
